ShippingGoat.com provides an online platform for purchasing shipping labels from various carriers including USPS, UPS, and other supported carriers. Our service includes:

  • Address verification and validation
  • Package dimension and weight calculation
  • Real-time shipping rate comparison across multiple carriers
  • Secure payment processing for shipping labels
  • Digital shipping label generation and delivery
  • Label storage and retrieval for up to 45 days

ShippingGoat acts as an intermediary between you and shipping carriers. We facilitate the purchase of shipping labels but do not operate as a shipping carrier ourselves.

3. Payment Terms

ShippingGoat.com accepts multiple payment methods to provide you with flexibility and convenience:

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card payments are processed with:

  • 3D Secure (3DS) Verification: To prevent fraud and protect both you and ShippingGoat, all credit and debit card transactions are processed using 3D Secure authentication. This additional security layer may require you to verify your identity through your card issuer (e.g., via SMS code, biometric authentication, or your bank's app).
  • PCI DSS Compliance: We use PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure your card information is handled securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • Instant Processing: Card payments are typically processed immediately, and your shipping label will be generated upon successful payment.

ShippingGoat.com is one of the only shipping services that accepts cryptocurrency payments! We support various cryptocurrencies through Coinbase Commerce:

  • Supported Wallets: Phantom, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Uniswap Wallet, Ledger, and other Web3-compatible wallets
  • Supported Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), and other supported digital assets
  • Blockchain Security: All crypto payments are processed on-chain, providing transparent and immutable transaction records
  • Processing Time: Cryptocurrency payments may take a few minutes to confirm on the blockchain. Your shipping label will be generated once the payment is confirmed.
  • Exchange Rates: Cryptocurrency prices are converted to USD at the time of payment initiation. The rate is locked for 10 minutes to allow you to complete the transaction.

Payment Processing

All payments must be completed before shipping labels are generated. By submitting payment, you authorize ShippingGoat to charge the displayed amount for the selected shipping service. Prices include the carrier's shipping cost plus any applicable service fees.

4. Shipping Carrier Terms

When you purchase a shipping label through ShippingGoat, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of the selected shipping carrier. Important points to understand:

  • Carrier Responsibility: The shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) is solely responsible for the actual transportation, handling, and delivery of your package.
  • Carrier Terms Apply: Each carrier has its own terms of service, prohibited items list, size/weight restrictions, and liability limitations. You must comply with the carrier's terms when using their services.
  • Carrier-Specific Terms: Before finalizing your purchase, you will be required to acknowledge that you have read and agree to both the carrier's terms of service and ShippingGoat's terms of service.

Important: ShippingGoat is not liable for any issues related to package delivery, loss, damage, or delays. These matters are governed by the carrier's terms and must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of ShippingGoat.com, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping address information
  • Provide accurate package dimensions and weight
  • Ensure your package contents comply with carrier restrictions and applicable laws
  • Not use our service for illegal purposes or to ship prohibited items
  • Not attempt to defraud or abuse our service or payment systems
  • Review and comply with the terms of service of the selected shipping carrier
  • Print and affix shipping labels properly to your packages
  • Retain proof of mailing/tracking numbers for your records

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of shipping labels as digital products that are immediately generated and transmitted to carriers:

  • No Automatic Refunds: Once a shipping label is generated and payment is processed, refunds are generally not available as the label is immediately registered with the carrier.
  • Unused Labels: Some carriers may allow refunds for unused labels under specific conditions. Any such refund requests must be made directly to the carrier in accordance with their refund policy.
  • Service Errors: If there is a technical error on our part that prevents label generation after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ShippingGoat.com is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure in package delivery. These matters are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific shipping label in question.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address information, package dimensions, or weight provided by you.
  • We are not responsible for carrier service disruptions, strikes, weather delays, or other events beyond our control.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Information you provide (addresses, contact information, payment details) is used solely to process your shipping label orders and is shared with shipping carriers as necessary to fulfill the service.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ShippingGoat.com to:

  • Ship illegal items or items prohibited by carriers
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or payment fraud
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
